SENIORS AND PARENTS, don't forget to fill out your FAFSA forms for financial aid for the Fall of 2018.  Use your 2016 income tax filings to fill out the forms.  Go to fafsa.gov or call 1-800-433-3243  Do not go to a website that asks for a fee for doing the FASFA-it is a free application.  Please check out the Federal Student Aid At A Glance document for more information on financial aid.

DESSA Study The DESSA (Devereux Student Strengths Assessment 9-12 grade) is a study to help develop a measure of social and emotional skills in high school students.  Students are randomly selected to participate in a 15-minute on-line self-rating of his or her social and emotional skills.  Participation is voluntary and those that complete the self-rating will receive a $5 gift card. This link is to an opt-out form if you do not want you child to participate in this study.  It needs to be returned to DLB HS by 12-22-17. 

LAKER FOOTBALL This week listen to all the action while your favorite high school team plays. Tune into 106.9 FM. The game will be on at 1:00 PM Mountain Time and 2:00 PM Central Time. GO LAKERS!
