Meals Request Form Meals Request Form Meals will be delivered on standard school days starting on Tuesday, May 26, 2020 and continue through June 30, 2020. You will receive one breakfast and one lunch per day. Pick will be from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Meals are free to any children ages 1 to 18. The summer lunch program is available to all children of the district regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability.  Please fill out the form each week if you only want certain days.  If you will getting lunches every day you will only have to fill out one time.  Contact the school if there is a day you do not want meals.
